What are Freshies made of?
Our Freshies are made from fragrance-infused beads, that are baked to gradually release fragrance over time.
How long do Freshies last?
Freshies typically last 3-6 weeks depending on temperature, sunlight exposure, and airflow.
Why does my Freshie smell strong at first?
Freshies are usually strongest in the first few days after opening. This is normal and will gradually soften over time.
Can I customize Freshies?
Yes! Many Freshies can be customized with:

How should I store unused Freshies?
Store them in a sealed bag or container in a cool, dry place to preserve scent until ready to use.
What happens if my freshie falls off it's hook?
If your freshie does fall of its hook you can re-screw a new hole in a new spot on your freshie. Not all freshies are guaranteed to stay on their hooks. When your freshie is left in a hot car, your freshie can get soft therefore your freshie may fall off your hook. If that still doesn't work you can super glue your hook into the hole to keep held.
